Refund policy

We want you to love DeskOrbie! If you’re not completely satisfied, you can request a return within 30 days of delivery for a refund.

1 · Eligibility

  • Return requested within 30 calendar days of the carrier’s delivery date.

  • Item is unused, in original condition, and includes all original packaging and items (e.g., USB-C cable, quick-start guide, box inserts, etc.).

  • Receipt or proof of purchase is required.

  • Returns sent without prior authorization (RMA) won’t be accepted.

2 · How to start a return

  • Email kktechno@outlook.com with your order number and a brief reason for the return.

  • We’ll reply with an RMA number and return instructions that include the return address.

    • Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. 
  • Carefully pack DeskOrbie, as received, and all included items. Put the RMA number inside the box.

  • Ship the parcel using any trackable service of your choice (customer pays return shipping).

3 · Refunds

  • We’ll notify you once we receive and inspect your return.

  • If approved, a refund to your original payment method will be issued within 10 business days.

  • Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the refund.

  • If more than 15 business days have passed since approval, contact kktechno@outlook.com.

4 · Damages & issues

  • Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item so we can make it right.

5 · Shipping costs

  • Customer pays return shipping.

  • Original shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable.

  • We recommend a trackable service; we aren’t responsible for returns lost in transit.

6 · Exceptions & non-returnables

  • Custom or personalized products.

  • Bulk orders of three (3) or more DeskOrbie units.

  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.

  • Sale items and gift cards.

7 · Exchanges

  • The fastest way to get what you want is to return the item you have; once the return is accepted, place a new order.
