Where required by applicable law and supported by our systems, we may also recognize applicable browser-based opt-out preference signals, such as the Global Privacy Control.

These advertising practices relate primarily to our website and online marketing activities.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, information that cannot reasonably identify an individual is not subject to the same restrictions as identifiable personal information.

DATA RETENTION

We retain personal information for as long as reasonably necessary or permitted for the purposes for which it was collected or processed.

Order, transaction, support, and business records may be retained for as long as we reasonably determine they remain useful or necessary for our business, legal, support, security, accounting, or operational purposes.

Information stored locally on your mobile device or DeskOrbie hardware may remain there until it is deleted, reset, overwritten, removed, or otherwise cleared.

Locally stored information may also be affected by operating-system backups, device backups, or other services outside our control.

Information may remain for additional periods in backups, archives, logs, fraud-prevention systems, legal holds, or other systems where immediate deletion is not reasonably practicable or where continued retention is permitted or required by law.

When personal information under our control is no longer reasonably required, we may delete, destroy, anonymize, or de-identify it, subject to applicable law.

Information held independently by a third party generally must be managed through that third party.

However, no security system, wireless connection, mobile device, network, website, software platform, storage system, or method of transmitting information can be guaranteed to be completely secure or error-free.

We therefore cannot guarantee that information will never be accessed, intercepted, disclosed, altered, corrupted, lost, misused, or destroyed.

You are responsible for taking reasonable precautions to protect devices, accounts, networks, passwords, calendar information, credentials, connected services, DeskOrbie hardware, and other systems under your control.

We do not control and are not responsible for the independent privacy, security, content, availability, accuracy, or practices of third parties.

Information processed independently by a third party is governed by that third party's privacy policy and terms.

Our use of a third-party provider does not necessarily mean that KarKar Tech LLC receives or has access to all information independently processed by that provider.

CHILDREN

The Services are not directed to children under the age of 13, and we do not knowingly solicit personal information directly from children under 13.

If we learn that personal information has been collected from a child in circumstances where applicable law requires parental consent and such consent was not obtained, we may take reasonable steps to delete or otherwise address that information as required by applicable law.
