Wi-Fi Troubleshoot
Symptoms: After finishing setup and pressing "Save & Restart", DeskOrbie shows "Connecting to WiFi", but the device never comes online and puts you back on the Setup page.

Fix steps (try in order):
- Move the device within a few feet of your router or mesh node and run setup again (this rules out weak signal/backhaul).
- Make sure you’re connecting to a 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi network. If your router uses one combined name for 2.4/5 GHz, temporarily disable/pause 5 GHz or split the bands during setup.
- Check Wi-Fi security: avoid WPA3-only. Set security to WPA2 (or WPA2/WPA3 mixed) and retry.
- Power-cycle the router/mesh and the device, then retry setup (make sure to power-cycle DeskOrbie after each attempt).
- If you’re using an extender/mesh, try connecting near the main router or create a dedicated 2.4 GHz/guest network for the device.

Setup QR Code Troubleshoot
If scanning the QR code is not detected on your phone, please follow the below steps to manually connect and setup DeskOrbie:
