1. Connect your DeskOrbie device to your computer via USB port
2. Remove all other devices using other ports
3. Ensure you are on a computer using Chrome or an Edge browser
4. Agree the terms below by checking the box
5. Click "Rescue Orbie" button below

Now it's as simple as following the instructions on the pop-ups! Here's how:

1. Pick "CP2102 USB to UART Bridge Controller" when prompted to select a port
2. Click "Install OrbieOS"
3. Check "Erase Device"
4. Confirm installation by clicking "Install"
5. Follow the instructions on the screen

Notes:

• The device will factory reset automatically after installation
• Do not disconnect during the update process
